Smirnoff Experience Shanghai

Do you how hard it is to listen how good was the Smirnoff Experience in Moscow all the time, and you weren’t there to see it? Yes, it is difficult. But finally, after two months suffering in lots of conversations, my time has come. I had my first experience in Shanghai, China.
If you don’t know yet, there are 4 global events that are happening while we are travelling – it is all about the Smirnoff Experience. These celebrations follow the history of Smirnoff – a brand that traces its origins to Russia. Unfortunately, I wasn’t part of the Smirnoff Ten yet when they visited this country and had this amazing event there. The second party was where the Smirnoff had started to expand the brand - China. It was a truly different experience. The guests were welcomed with a bar that they could make their own drink, with over 1300 combinations of different mixers, fruits and spices. Chinese ladies kept on appearing from inside this pearl curtain, distributing free water. Walking around amazed with the surprises that this party had to offer, I found a room. It was the Martini room, where you had to taste some different flavours in this small glass and then you could go and get the martini that you liked the most.
The party was already good by itself, but to really get the crowd going English band Hard Fi played with a group of local drummers and made this really original sound. The DJs Tom Middleton and Sasha were responsible for making the crowd dance from the beginning to the end. Wow! After this Experience, it’s going to be hard finding more originality around the world!
