New Year’s!

The reason that we were split for New Year’s was to compare the nightlife in both cities: Sydney and Melbourne, especially the new year’s celebrations.
in my view, Sydney, has lots of tourists and it’s a kind of international city. Melbourne, on the other hand, is more relaxing, without dress codes and that “measure look”, that I received so many times in Sydney. On New Years Eve we went to a party where Felix da HouseCat ruled the sound – killer! But the thing most worth waiting for was in 2008: the Summer Dayze Festival, organized by Pacha (Ibiza) and sponsored by Smirnoff. This was the perfect party to start the year: beautiful people, hot day (but refreshed at a foam shower) and lots of animation. People dancing non-stop, on the Smirnoff Igloo or on the main dance floor – Groove Armada were on between other successful DJs on the line up - others chilling on the grass, enjoying an original drink. Wow, the best!
The conclusion that we got: independent of where we are, add music and cheering people and we easily have lots and lots or fun!
